Returns 

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused and in the same new condition that you received it. Any tags, boxes, and receipts received with the item must be attached and included in order for your refund to be valid.

Additional non-returnable items: 
Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.


Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection status of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at service@akenz.com within one (1) hour of order placement. We begin preparing orders for shipment as soon as they are placed. Cancellations which fall outside of this window may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
When your refund is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with the amount and method of payment. Depending on the method of payment, your refund time may vary.
 
If your refund has been processed but you have not received it yet, please contact your credit card company or bank to inquire about the status. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Faulty Items

It is AKENZ's mission that every item arrives in great condition and we hope that you are always happy with your purchase. If you receive an item in defective or damaged condition, please contact our Service Team as soon as possible. Where possible, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping 
Before you return your product, please contact us via email at service@akenz.com and our support team will guide you through the process.

You will be responsible for paying for the postage costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
